About the Role
Description
Location: JURONG EAST
Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM
Salary: Basic from $1,700 to $2,500 + COMMS (Uncap) + Target Bonus
Job Scope:
- Posting of job advertisements on various platforms to attract the right candidate for respective roles
- Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
- Evaluate resumes and applications via phone interviews, face-to-face interviews etc.
- Match candidates to positions based on their qualification and expertise
- Create relationships with job seekers and provide career advice
- Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate
Job Requirements:
- Must obtained CEI (Basic)
- Bilingual with proficiency in mandarin preferred to liaise with mandarin speaking clients
- Confident and pleasant personality
- Willing to learn
